The 39th annual Men’s Retreat, sponsored by Corpus Christi Parish, Chambersburg, is set for the weekend of August 4 on the campus of Mount Saint Mary’s University & Seminary, Emmitsburg, MD. The retreat is open to all men ages 14 and older in the Diocese of Harrisburg.
Monsignor Charles Pope, pastor of Holy Comforter-Saint Cyprian Church, Washington, DC, is the retreat leader. His focus will be “Journey to the normal Christian life: The life Jesus Christ died to give us.”
If you’ve never attended a retreat—or it’s been a long time since your last one—why not take a chance and treat yourself to a weekend dedicated to renewing your spirit and becoming more deeply aware of the love of God in your life.
